Labels on shared machinery
Classification overlays
Antisemitism labeling is one overlay among others. The same kind of influence — a definition, a hostility test, a duty to police — can be carried by racial hatred, Islamophobia, sex, religion, Holocaust denial, extremism, online harm, a hate umbrella, a below-crime record, or a counter-label. Organizations can carry those labels through governance, commercial pressure, philanthropy, or enforcement without writing a speech crime. Same influence is not the same law.
Organizations
Groups are not statutes.
Four channels: governance, commercial, philanthropy, regulation. Influence is usually Inference. Capture stays Unproven.

Inference is allowed and must be labeled. A bill is not law. A grant is not capture.
Thirteen classifications. Keep the legal form.
Some venues write a speech offence around listed organizations and acts. The rest are overlays on other machinery. Open a classification, then the country.

Dashboard — sticker by sector
The thing to watch is not a new listed-speech offence. It is a sticker hopping into a sector that already has the machinery. Architecture is not completed spread.

This is a pattern grid over cited instruments, not a completed worldwide fact. Hover a cell where a note exists. Open a sticker for the quoted clause.

How to read this
The badge is the claim. The sentence is the fact. Unproven and Disputed stay where they are.
SupportedA hate-classification overlay is not a listed-speech offence by other means. Direct listed-speech offences and overlay stickers are different legal forms.
UnprovenCited venues have quoted clauses. Partial pointers are not quotes. Open cells are open. 193 members on the grid is not 193 quotes.
UnprovenIslamophobia has no IHRA-equivalent funding import on this pack. Institutional use is Inference. The statute is Unproven here.
SupportedCanada C-9 is law (in force 18 July 2026). C-34 is first reading. C-63 died. Neither C-34 nor C-63 is law.
SupportedCanada s.83.221 is counselling a terrorism offence without identifying a specific one. That is not a listed-speech offence on the identification/praise model.
Unproven‘Anti-Palestinian racism’ is not a statute in the cited venues. Function as a counter-sticker is Inference. Import is Unproven.
UnprovenEngland and Wales 2023 NCHI Code is the live attached instrument. Reform was announced 31 March 2026. Revocation is Unproven.
DisputedMotive, overbreadth, and a single directing agenda across stickers remain Disputed.
