UK Equality Act 2010 protected characteristic. For Women Scotland v Scottish Ministers [2025] UKSC 16: ‘sex’, ‘man’, and ‘woman’ in the Act mean biological sex. Not a US Title VI theory.
Not antisemitism labeling. Not a listed-speech offence. The Court said gender-reassignment protection remains.
Sticker collision. Scope creep can delete a characteristic as well as add one.
