When a venue designates, existing support and status rules expand. Israel, the UK, and the US are quoted examples of that switch, not the product identity. The speech statute may not change.

  • State publishes the live FTO list. Counts move. Re-check Federal Register FTO deltas.
  • 2025 list growth is Supported. That still does not write a listed-speech offence.
