Est puni d’un emprisonnement d’un an à cinq ans et d’une amende de 500.000 francs à 2.000.000 de francs celui qui, par les moyens énoncés à l’article 248 du présent Code, fait l’apologie des actes visés à l’article 279-1 du présent Code.
