نظام مكافحة جرائم الإرهاب وتمويله
- Target
- Support, call for, sympathy with, justification, promotion, or lauding of a terrorist ideology, entity, crime, or perpetrator’s method
- Test
- Includes possessing documents, publications, or recordings, of any type, with intent to publish or promote, that justify, promote, or laud a terrorist ideology or terrorist offence.
- Max
- 3 to 8 years
يعاقب بالسّجن مدّة لا تزيد على (ثماني) سنوات ولا تقل عن (ثلاث) سنوات، كل من أيّد أي فكر إرهابي، أو دعا له، أو كيان إرهابي، أو جريمة إرهابية أو منهج مرتكبها، أو أفصح عن تعاطفه معه أو سوّغ فعله أو جريمته، أو روّج لها، أو أشاد بها، أو حاز أو أحرز أي محرّر أو مطبوع أو تسجيل - بقصد النّشر أو الترويج- أيًّا كان نوعه يتضمّن تسويغًا أو ترويجًا لفكر إرهابي أو لجريمة إرهابية أو إشادة بذلك.
