قانون رقم (11) لسنة 2004 بإصدار قانون العقوبات
- Target
- Insulting God, offending the Quran or Islam, cursing a divine religion, or insulting a prophet
- Test
- By word, writing, drawing, gesture, or any other means. Six numbered limbs (1–5 insult; 6 vandalism of a religious building). This is a religion-insult cell, not glorification of a terrorist act.

- Imprisonment not exceeding 7 years
يُعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سبع سنوات، كل من ارتكب فعلاً من الأفعال الآتية: 1- التطاول على الذات الإلهية أو الطعن فيها باللفظ أو الكتابة أو الرسم أو الإيماء أو بأي وسيلة أخرى. 2- الإساءة إلى القرآن الكريم أو تحريفه، أو تدنيسه. 3- الإساءة إلى الدين الإسلامي أو إحدى شعائره. 4- سب أحد الأديان السماوية المصونة، وفقاً لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية. 5- التطاول على أحد الأنبياء باللفظ، أو الكتابة، أو الرسم، أو الإيماء، أو بأيّ طريقة أخرى. 6- تخريب أو تكسير أو إتلاف أو تدنيس مبانِ، أو شىء من محتوياتها، إذا كانت معدة لإقامة شعائر دينية لأحد الأديان السماوية المصونة وفقاً لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية.

- Do not treat art. 256 as Israel §24. Do not quote Law 27/2019 art. 32 listing criteria as if they were the speech offence.
- Overlay. Limb 6 is vandalism of a religious building, not a speech limb. Law 27/2019 on combating terrorism art. 7 (exploiting management of a legal entity to call for a terrorist crime) is a neighbouring incitement-via-office cell, not this quote. Art. 32 of that Law is a sanctions-list criterion, not a speech crime.
