धार्मिक भावनामा आघात पुर्याउन नहुनेः (१) कसैले लेखेर, वचनले वा आकार वा चिह्नद्वारा वा अरु कुनै किसिमबाट कुनै जात, जाति सम्प्रदाय वा वर्गको धार्मिक भावनामा आघात पुर्याउन हुँदैन । (२) उपदफा (१) बमोजिमको कसूर गर्ने वा गराउने व्यक्तिलाई दुई वर्षसम्म कैद र बीस हजार रुपैयाँँसम्म जरिबाना हुनेछ ।
