- Any act, writing, or speech intended to, or resulting in, stirring sectarian or racial strife, or inciting conflict among the communities
- Test
- Intent or result. No requirement that actual communal violence follow.
- Max
- 1 to 3 years and a fine of 100,000 to 800,000 Lebanese pounds, plus listed civic disabilities
كل عمل وكل كتابة وكل خطاب يقصد منها او ينتج عنها اثارة النعرات المذهبية او العنصرية او الحض على النزاع بين الطوائف ومختلف عناصر الامة يعاقب عليه بالحبس من سنة الى ثلاث سنوات وبالغرامة من مئة الف الى ثمانماية الف ليرة وكذلك بالمنع من ممارسة الحقوق المذكورة في الفقرتين الثانية والرابعة من المادة ال 65 ويمكن للمحكمة ان تقضي بنشر الحكم.
