331. § (2)

Az (1) bekezdés szerint büntetendő, ha súlyosabb bűncselekmény nem valósul meg, aki nagy nyilvánosság előtt a terrorizmus támogatására uszít, vagy egyébként a terrorizmust támogató hírverést folytat.

Working English (njt.hu informational translation, as in force 1 July 2025): a person who, in front of a large audience, incites support for terrorism or otherwise engages in the promotion of terrorism shall be punished under paragraph (1), unless a criminal offence of greater gravity is established.
