يُعاقب بالسجن مدة لا تقل عن خمس سنين كل من روج أو أعد للترويج، بطريق مباشر أو غير مباشر، لارتكاب أية جريمة إرهابية سواء بالقول أو الكتابة أو بأية وسيلة أخرى. ويُعد من قبيل الترويج غير المباشر، الترويج للأفكار والمعتقدات الداعية لاستخدام العنف. وذلك بأي من الوسائل المنصوص عليها في الفقرة السابقة من هذه المادة. وتكون العقوبة السجن مدة لا تقل عن سبع سنين، إذا كان الترويج داخل دور العبادة، أو بين أفراد القوات المسلحة، أو قوات الشرطة، أو في الأماكن الخاصة بهذه القوات.

Working English: whoever promotes or prepares to promote, directly or indirectly, the commission of any terrorist crime, by speech, writing, or any other means, is punished by imprisonment of not less than five years. Indirect promotion includes promotion of ideas and beliefs calling for the use of violence. Not less than seven years if the promotion is inside a house of worship, among the armed or police forces, or in places belonging to those forces.
