Quiconque fait l’apologie, encourage ou finance, par quelque moyen que ce soit, des actes visés à la présente section, est puni d’une peine de réclusion à temps de cinq (5) à dix (10) ans et d’une amende de cent mille (100.000) DA à cinq cents mille (500.000) DA.
