Kdo veřejně podněcuje ke spáchání teroristického trestného činu, nebo kdo veřejně schvaluje spáchaný teroristický trestný čin nebo pro něj veřejně vychvaluje jeho pachatele, bude potrestán odnětím svobody na jeden rok až pět let.
