Nxitja e urrejtjes dhe e grindjeve, për shkak të racës, etnisë, fesë ose orientimit seksual, si dhe përgatitja, përhapja ose ruajtja, me qëllim përhapjen e shkrimeve me përmbajtje të tilla, e kryer me çdo mjet ose formë, dënohet me burgim nga dy deri në dhjetë vjet.
